    By registering for this YP Art Exhibition event, you accept the possibility that your photograph may be taken and the image used or shared by YP Art, for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not agree to this use, please email a request not to be photographed to ypart@yorke.sa.gov.au

  • Cancellation Policy

     

    The following cancellation policy applies. Whilst YP Art is sympathetic to the inevitability of changing circumstances, YP Art incurs costs for each cancelled registration. It is for this reason that the following cancellation applies:

    • If a registration is cancelled five days prior to the event, the fee of that registration will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee
    • Cancellations received five days to the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Note: Substitutions are a welcome alternative and in this instance, no fee will be charged. Request for refunds must be made in writing to the YP Art Exhibition Working Party and will be honoured only if they have been confirmed by the YP Art Exhibition Working Party.
