2018 TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
May Day Market is purely a not-for-profit event and all the profits will be donated to ABLE Australia.
Please ensure that you commit to fulfil your obligations as a stall holder as outlined in this document. Changes and cancellations have a crucial effect on the work process prior the market and will have a significant influence on the planning. There are no transfers or refunds for change of mind.
May Day Market and its representatives will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to person or property including the alleged negligence of May Day Market and its representatives and including the cancellation of the event due to any circumstances outside the control of May Day Market.
Directors of the event reserve the right to accept or decline any application.
Market Date:
6th of May 2018, from 12pm until 5pm

Moon Dog Craft Brewery, 17 Duke Street, 3067 Abbotsford VIC
Products:
Please provide a clear description of the products you will be selling at the market; products that may not be sold at May Day Market include fakes or copies of designer brand names goods, weapons, items associated with the illegal use of drugs, or other items that the market management may consider unsuitable for the market. No offensive, counterfeit or unauthorised products may be sold.
Set up/pack up:
Stallholders load in from 10am and no later than 11:30, all ready to trade by 12pm. Every stall holder will be allocated a site at the venue and event directors reserve the right to make any changes to the site arrangements within the venue.
Site conditions & display:
All stallholders MUST provide their OWN equipment such as trestle table, chair, tablecloth and any other display equipment. This is an indoor market only. Stall site won’t include access to power or water.
Site fee & payment:
Every stallholder will be required to pay a fee of 30$ in order to confirm their site reservation. An invoice will be emailed to you if your application is approved. All payments are to be completed electronically within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that the fees are non refundable.
