IMTTA Residential Practitioner Gathering in India. (Official stuff).
Fees paid, including deposits paid on registration, are non-refundable. Unless, in the unlikely event, the Gathering is cancelled by The International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case, any payment you have made towards your course fee will be refunded in full, immediately. In this case, any other expenses you have incurred like airfares or travel insurance, etc., will not be compensated or paid for by The International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association. We recommend you get travel insurance to cover any expenses you may incur, including air fares, in the unlikely event of cancellation of this event (just to be on the safe side). The International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association would only cancel this event due to circumstances beyond their control and in that unlikely case, would reschedule the event if possible. If unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, cause problems with our planned accommodation in India, the retreat could be moved to another venue, of a similar standard, in the same town, with no additional cost to participants.
Students with health issues or disabilities, which may impact on their ability to travel to India or participate in the course, should contact The International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association to discuss their options before registering. Please be aware that India is not very disability friendly and many venues (including our planned accommodation) do have stairs.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses including medical treatment in India and cancellation of your airfares (in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or postponed). We don't expect either of these events will occur but it is our responsibility to ensure you are well informed and, as they say, it is best to be safe than sorry.
While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied, the college and the IMTTA, their employees and representatives accept no liability. Information supplied is not intended to replace medical advice.
Attendees are required to arrange their own transport to and from Jodhpur, visa for India and travel insurance. In the unlikely case of accident or illness in India you will need your travel insurance, as the IMTTA will not be able to take financial responsibility for you (however we won't leave your side).
This is an alchol free event.
