FACILITY USAGE FEE STRUCTURE, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT:
- Please refer to Appendix A for the Facility Usage Fee Structure.
  
  Appendix A will be updated by GM on an annual basis.
- Rate of payment is payable on invoice. All invoices are required to be paid within 7 working days from issue of the invoice by GM.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days prior to booking date and 50% of the minimum charge up to 7 days prior to booking date. Thereafter, 100% of the minimum charge will be applicable. All cancellations are to be provided in writing to groups@gymsports.net.au
- Please refer to Appendix B for Terms and Conditions of Hire
