Before you start, it would be useful to have ready, if you have them, copies of:

• property title/s
• rates notices
• Owners Corporation invoices
• building permits, final inspection certificates, certificates of occupancy and builders warranty insurance

Because you have undertaken work as an owner-builder, there are extra requirements with which you will have to comply before the property is sold.  You will have to obtain an Owner-Builder inspection report (this is a special report required for sale, separate from any certificate of final inspection or certificate of occupancy you have obtained) and, if the replacement cost of the work is more than $16,000.00, you will need owner-builder warranty insurance.  We will contact you further and assist you with these requirements.

You have now answered all questions.  The final step is to provide payment of a deposit to our trust account towards the cost of title searches and other statutory certificates.  This payment must be received before we order the certificates and commence work on your transaction. 

The amount required is $250 which you can pay by electronic transfer to our trust account or by credit card payment through Square Payments.  Please indicate on the next screen how you will make payment.

You have now answered all questions and will be redirected to a Square Payments secure payment screen.
