• Small Group Show - Proposal Form

  • Thank you for your interest in having a small group show at CCAE! Please carefully read over the proposal guidelines before submitting. Guidelines are located at ccae.org/classes/visual-arts. If you have any questions, please email Jessica Covert at jessica.covert@ccae.org.

  • Primary Point-of-Contact

    Please be sure to provide the name and contact information for a primary point-of-contact for this group show. This will be the person who will be the main organizer of the show. They should organize the group, make decisions about how many each person should display, and help the other students to submit. If we have any questions about your proposal, we will contact this person.

  • Exhibition Statement and Participating Artist Information

    Please upload an Exhibition Statement (50-100 words) that captures the idea of the show. Be sure to describe what ties your group’s work together, and how many pieces do you intend to display. You must upload your statement as a .doc or .pdf file.

  • EXAMPLE EXHIBITION STATEMENT: "Our proposal is to mount a four-person show of prints, watercolors, and oil paintings inspired by nature and entitled Nature: Inside/Out. The artwork will include depictions and interpretations of both the natural landscape, plants and animals around us; and of the nature inside our homes—including still lifes. All four artists met while taking printmaking classes with Selma Bromberg at CCAE."
