The QUT Guild offers all affiliated clubs and societies base funding at the beginning of each semester. The purpose of this funding is to assist clubs in their day to day running, including membership growth and events.
To recieve this funding, the club must fill out this Base Club Funding Application. On reception, this will be assessed by the Clubs and Societies committee at their next meeting. The committee will then determine the amount of funding to be allocated to your club.
The Guild requires all information on this document to be filled out in full. This is to ensure we maintain affiliation standards across all clubs and societies, for insurance and audit purposes.
Applications close at 5pm on the 25th of June 2018.
