ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participants – CTA classes conducted by facilitators provided by BTA will only be approved for employers that will guarantee a minimum of twenty (20) participants from their organization. This minimum is not applicable if you choose to conduct CTA classes using your own organization’s facilities or you allow other interested CTA's to join your class to make up the difference. All facilitators must be trained by BTA and authorized to conduct the CTA classes. Contact BTA for more information.
**As online enrollment is open to the entire region, you may have several participants enrolled in your hosted class who are not from your organization. Therefore, it’s to your advantage to enroll your organization’s participants online immediately after your class is officially entered into the CTANetwork.com system. (See “Enrollment” below.)
2. Enrollment Applications Must be Submitted Online – Once you have confirmed with BTA’s office that your program has been entered into the CTANetwork.com system, your participants may be enrolled. All participants must be enrolled online a minimum of TWO WEEKS before the class date. You may choose to do this one of two ways:
(1) your organization’s participants may go online to www.CTANetwork.com and enroll themselves
OR
(2) your organization may assume that responsibility and complete the enrollment online for each of them
3. Payment in Full – The host organization is responsible for submitting payment in full for all participants from the host organization, either by cash, check or credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, the online enrollment process will produce an invoice which you may print out for each participant. All enrollment application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Think Ahead, Plan in Advance – You are encouraged to complete this Request to Host form at least four weeks in advance. This allows time for BTA’s review and approval of your class, as well as giving you sufficient time to:
a) Recruit interested participants
b) Secure BTA authorized facilitator(s).
c) Make arrangements for the meeting room and on-site administration.
d) Provide the pre-class reading materials to the participants at least two weeks in advance.
5. Promotion – The host organization is responsible for all marketing and promotion of its CTA class to the organization’s participants.
6. Administration – The host organization assumes all meeting planning responsibilities, including covering the cost of meeting space, AV and refreshments. A meeting planning checklist is available from BTA. In return, BTA will provide guidance on on-site registration. As the hosting organization, it is your responsibility to ensure that all participants attend the entire class and complete the test at the end. Full instructions and support are available from BTA.
7. Obtain Final Approval Before Proceeding – Please obtain final approval from BTA before you finalize arrangements and promote the CTA class. BTA will expedite the approval process so that you may begin your promotion in earnest. Final approval is signified via a copy of this agreement that has been authorized by a BTA representative.
