Product Inclusions:

360 Video for $200 - A 30 second - 1 minute promo video including up to 2 hours of shooting, all editing, licensed music and your branding. You will receive your own copy of the 360 video. This deal is only valid for those who opt to Get Featured.

Get Featured for $49/month - Your video will appear in the Gold Coast VR app for $49 per month. Each month, we will actively promote the app to appropriate audiences (primarily Gold Coast tourists). You can cancel your contract after 6 months.

Submit Your Own Content for $50 - For $50, our team will insert your pre-made video into the Gold Coast VR app if you sign up to Get Featured for 6 months.

Agreement Terms and Conditions:

- The following promotions are only valid for businesses who choose to "Get Featured" on the Gold Coast VR app at $49 per month (no lock in contract).

- The $200 360 video includes:

• Up to 2 hours of shooting
• Complete editing and post production
• licensed music
• Your branding inserted at start and end (logo or brand animation to be provided by you).

- 360 Films will provide model release forms that need to be signed by all identifyable persons captured on video.

- If you require changes to your 360 video, we charge $50 per hour for amendments. We will deliver one version for you to keep and we will keep one version to insert into the Gold Coast VR app.

- The designated shooting dates for this specific promotion are between the 1st of February and the 16th of March 2018. This is to allow us enough time to edit all videos before launching the app.

- To get featured on the Gold Coast VR app will cost $49 per month. You can withdraw your promotional video from the app at any time with 1 month's notice. Once you withdraw your promotional video from the app, you will no longer be charged starting from the following month.

- By choosing to submit your own video into the Gold Coast VR app for $50, you are agreeing to $49 per month for 6 months. You can cancel your ad after this time. By submitting your video, you are allowing us to promote your video to audiences we deem to be appropriate.

- 360 Films will refund all monies paid for "Content Creation" (such as 360 video production) only if unforeseen circumstances cause our team to be unable to deliver your content (such as 360 videos) by April 30th 2018.

- If you or the business you represent decide against the 360 video after our team has begun working on it, you will not be refunded. We will complete your video and deliver it as planned.

- 360 Films will refund all monies paid for the "Get Featured" monthly subscription only if unforeseen circumstances arise that cause 360 Films to be unable to release the app by April 30th 2018. The Get Featured Monthly subscription starts on the app launch date (April 30th 2018).
