PROGRAM LEADER
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The purpose of this Middle Leadership review template is to provide assistance to schools when conducting a performance review at the conclusion of the appointment period as provided for in Schedule 4.14 of the Catholic Employing Authorities single enterprise collective agreements.
These templates are not intended to be used for managing underperformance processes.
Further information relating to the responsibilities, attributes and duties for Program Leaders in secondary schools, can be found at Table 7 of Schedule 4 of the Agreement.
What if someone holds more than one (1) Middle Leader position?
