Tumbling Level 2 - Handspring your way to success! Perfect your core fundamentals, increase your body strength & control and learn about aerial awareness.
Tumbling Level 3 - Flip like a pro in our tuck class! Learn to flip in the air with no hand support & more challenging series of combination tumbling!
Tumbling Level 4 - Got your flip? Learn to lay it out and connect your new skills in more challenging series of combination tumbling!
Stretch, Flex & Jump - Stretch, flex and jump with us each week to gain the strength and flexibility needed to perform all elements of your routines safely. Not just for flyers, everyone can benefit from added strength, plyometric and flexibility training to achieve championship level performances and minimize the chance of injury.
Open Gym - Jump, flip and have a whole lot of fun in our fully equipped facilities under the supervision of a qualified coach. Open gyms are not a formal class but a great opportunity for athletes to come into the gym to work independently at their own pace.
Take 1 class- $100/term

How to Book: Choose the Tumbling, Flex Stretch Jump or Open Gym class options you would like to book below. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred class request. Multiple classes can be choosen at once under each class type.
Important: Places in tumbling classes will be given to athletes who have team training before or after the class in priority to other athletes. Please tell us your second choice day in the box provided.
