      As a thriving and independent gourmet supermarket we are searching for highly self-motivated and progressive individuals to take on the challenge of continuing to drive our CAFE bar.

      We are seeking experienced Baristas to help us deliver the best local coffee to our customers.  As the barista, some food service and preparation will be part of your role within the espresso bar.

      To be successful you will have:

      Barista:

      Great customer service skills and presentation
      Strong barista experience in a fast paced environment
      Ability to handle high volume
      Food handling skills
      Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team
      Strong work ethic and have pride and passion for your chosen career
      Flexibility and availability over 7 day roster including public holidays
      20 - 35 Hours per week available
      Continue to develop an established coffee and gourmet business into a famous brand.  Be involved in a fast moving multi-facet gourmet business.
