2025 End of Year Production

Each year, Bodies in Motion Dance School produces a professional dance production, providing students the chance to showcase their talents to the local community. After over 24 years of successful productions, including sold-out shows at the Sheraton in Port Douglas from 2016-2022, the school has outgrown local venues. Due to rising costs, in 2023, we transitioned to the Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC), offering students the opportunity to perform in a world-class venue. The first production at CPAC was a great success, and we look forward to continuing there in the future.

While participation in the end-of-year performance is optional, it offers invaluable benefits like building confidence, teamwork, and achievement. We respect those who choose not to participate but encourage all families to consider the enriching experience it provides. Non-participating students can still attend classes and learn routines.

Participation in the End of Year Production is optional. However, we strongly encourage it, as it celebrates the achievements and learning of the year. If your child would like to join, please ensure that decisions and fees are submitted to BIM by the end of July 2025. These fees can also form part of your payment plan if you so choose.*

I understand that I will be issued an invoice for the concert expenses in Term 2, which will have a payment or decision deadline by the end of July 2025. If I decide not to participate, a credit note will be issued for the said invoice.
CONCERT LEVY INCLUSIONS: I understand that the concert levy covers a link to photos and video of the show and a Concert shirt to be worn throughout Term 4 leading up to the EOYP and over their costume on photo day, rehearsal days and concert. Kindly select your preferred size from the options below. Please note that the concert shirts have a unisex design and tend to be quite large; for instance, a child who normally wears a size 10 may comfortably fit into a smaller size.*
