State Students with Disabilities Program for Non-State Schools
The purpose of the annual report is to fulfil accountability requirements with the Queensland Department of Education and Training for the Students with Disability Program for Non-State Schools. The reporting period is from 1 Jan to 31 Dec for each calendar year of the Term of the Agreement.
Accountability and acquittal
QCEC must provide the Director, Office of Non-State Education, accountability reports and audited financial statements for funds on a calendar year basis. To account for the allocation and use of the funds QCEC requires the collection of information from relevant authorities and/or schools to facilitate this requirement.
Schools are required to:
hold relevant documentation that verifies the impairment and educational adjustments in place for each eligible student; and
develop, implement and review education plans for each eligible student which includes any adjustments required to achieve education outcomes; and
provide audited statements to their respective authority verifying that the funds were expended to support the educational adjustments in place for the eligible student.
