This form is compulsory for all individuals who wished to be listed on the roster of any team at QUAFL: Australian Quidditch Championships 2017 either as a player or as a non-playing official such as manager or coach.
Player registration will close at 11:59PM on November 6th.
Registration for QUAFL 2017 costs $15 for players and $7.5 for non-players.
All rostered individuals must be registered Quidditch Australia Members to participate in the tournament.

Official games are any games occurring as part of a Quidditch Australia sanctioned event.
Exemptions may be provided for players who are restricted geographically and for extenuating circumstances. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for an exemption. Applications for
exemptions will close October 23rd
These requirements must be met by November 17th upon submission of the team’s roster.
As written in the Quidditch Australia transfer policy, transfers are now closed. Therefore all players must play for the team for which they are currently registered.
Players can still apply for transfers in exceptional circumstances via the player transfer form.
There will be a variety of lunch options provided including an on-site cafe a short walk from the fields and food trucks at the venue. However, Quidditch Australia cannot guarantee the attendance of any food trucks, what food options will be available, nor their cost.
Pre-prepared lunches offered by the AIS will be provided to those who wish to have a meal ready for them at the start of the lunch break. They will include a sandwich, a drink, a piece of fruit, and snack items such as a muesli bar. The cost is $13 per person per day.
The 2017 QUAFL Social will be held at Mooseheads Pub & Nightclub in the Canberra city centre.
Opening exclusively for Quidditch Australia, the night is sure to be a blast! Tickets will be sold separately and will go on sale November 1st. Capacity is limited and last year the event was sold out, so make sure to get in quickly. Tickets will be $15 and any Quidditch Australia member is allowed to attend.
Code of Conduct
All players, officials, coaches, and volunteers are expected to abide by Quidditch Australia's code of conduct.
Anyone found to be in violation of the code will be disqualified from the tournament and required to leave the AIS grounds.
Please note that this is a completely drug and alcohol-free tournament.
