Offer Of Employment Letter
I am pleased to offer you the position of Autism/Additional Needs Swim Teacher with CrocStars Swim School.
Your employment will be on a Casual basis as required. Each occasion that you work will be a separate contract of employment which ceases at the end of that engagement. The duties of this role are in the attached Position Description.
When you take on a role with CrocStars Swim School, you take on a commitment to be available for an agreed time every week for the 10 weeks of a school term including the Saturday or Sunday. Young children with a disability will be depending on you, and for many this half hour session is a highlight of their week. Your non attendance impacts on the child you are instructing, other instructors and the children that other instructors are teaching.Your relationship with each child is individual and important to them, so your ongoing commitment to teaching the children with patience and skill is appreciated.
The terms and conditions of your employment will include but is not limited to, the National Employment Standards in the Fair Work Act 2009. (http://www.fairwork.gov.au/Employee-entitlements/national-employment-standards ) Other conditions relating to your employment are detailed in the Staff Charter which is available on the Website.
You will be paid fortnightly (Tuesday-Monday) into your nominated bank account. Superannuation payments in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 will be paid on your behalf into your nominated Superannuation Fund.

- To the best of your ability, ensure the safety, health and welfare of children, parent/carers and other instructors.
- Treat all with whom you are in contact, with courtesy and respect.
- Abide by all CrocStars Swim School Policies and Procedures, Charters and Manuals as detailed on our Website.
- On cessation of employment immediately return all issued CrocStars uniform/clothing and any teaching aids/equipment in your possession.
Commencement of your first shift will be deemed to constitute acceptance of this offer of employment. In anticipation, welcome to the team.
