Catering FAQs

Order Timing

All of our food is made from scratch and prepared fresh each and every day. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice on all catering orders. If you have additional questions or if you would like to inquire about The Alley hosting your next event, please email catering@thealley.net.au.

Minimum Order

Please note that there is a $100 minimum on pick-up orders and a $200 minimum on delivery orders.

Service Fee

18% will be added to each order for delivery and packaging. If you don't require napkins, plates and trays, please be green and let us know.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation on all orders. Same day cancellation will require 50% charge.
