Council will not accept ownership changes on this form. A Notice of Acquisition or Disposition must be completed by your solicitor or conveyancer and forwarded to Council for a change of ownership to occur.
A copy of a Power of Attorney document must be provided to Council to enable address changes to person/s other than the owner listed on the rates notice.
