• Please submit ONE order form per child
• Once this order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email of your order with the payment details. The submitted order will go through to our Uniform Manager who will gather the items required once payment has been received and will contact you to advise when your order is ready.  Please note this can take several days once payment is received.
• Item costs cannot be put on your account.
• We have Eftpos and credit card facilities at our shop.
