Please keep in mind that the design process involves, but is not limited to the following;

• Initial consultation and research
• Conceptualizing, design, and development
• Production – final artwork and printing
• Delivery of final product

Approval of Final Artwork

Although all care is taken to avoid errors, Living Horses Graphic Design accepts no responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect information or typographical errors.
The client is responsible for ALL PROOF reading and identifying any errors or omissions, prior to final approval.
Final artwork will not be generated, or released to the client, or third parties until final approval of artwork is provided to Living Horses Graphic Design in writing. ie e-mail.
Extra fees will be charged for any revisions, and/or time incurred, if changes are required to the artwork after final approval has been issued due to oversights by the clients proofing.

Ownership

All ownership of Final Design is transferred on full payment of work completed. Any concepts, designs, or sketches created by Living Horses Graphic Design, during the design process, remain the property of Living Horses Graphic Design, and ownership of this does NOT transfer with the Final Design selected by the client.
