My/Our mare must be in good condition and is subject to the Stallion Owner/s approvalThe Service MUST BE used during the 2017 breeding season.I/We understand that once funds are accepted, Gunalda & Districts Western Performance Club Inc. has no further obligation or involvement.All contractual agreements, i.e. Guarantees, handling/agistment fees etc. are solely between the Mare Owner/s and the Stallion Owner/s.The successful purchaser will be notified in writing, as will the stallion owner/s.A 'First in, Best Dressed' policy has been adopted for this sale. The half price fee is listed on the Stallion service list and on the club's website at www.gdwpcinc.com Please do not add additional GST to this amount. Monies are payable to G&DWPC Inc. Payments may be made by direct deposit to: Gunalda & Districts Western Performance Club Inc. Commonwealth Bank, Gympie BSB 064 416 Account No. 10009858 (Copy of receipt must be posted, emailed or attached with this contract). Services can not be marked as sold until full payment has been received.The half price service fee is enclosed with this fully completed contract and/or a receipt for direct deposit must be attached/emailed or posted before I/we can be notified that my/our bid has been successful.
