Trinity Mums & Tums is is a weekly active antenatatal and birth preperation class anchored to your breath, body and movement whilst instilling birth and body confidence.
Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six (6) week term helping you understand how to use movement, position, breathing and relaxation to prepare your mind and body for your upcoming birth.
This class is ideal for those needing to chill out or work on common pregnancy ailments like backache or heartburn and for those keen to learn breathing and active birth techniques.
Gentle yoga based movement, mindful relaxation, and breathing techniques provide the confidence, the tools and the education for women to adapt and work with their body, their baby and the birth process as it develops. The aim is enable women to prepare for a positive birth experience, no matter what form that birth takes.
