Contractor Regular Job: Establishment Fee Maximum 46.15% of total contract job per annum must be paid on advance and maximum option can be choose is up to 80% and in some cases up to 85% and must approve by Golden Brown Cleaning Services management. And rest 20% or 15% Fee must be paid to Golden Brown Cleaning Services as on going fee. And Golden Brown Cleaning Services warranty to replace the contact for two years if contract lost due to customer circumstances changed but not replaced if lost due to lack of performance of cleaner (contractor). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

• Long Leave Service will be paid after 3 years of continues working, for each year (Start years 4).

Contractor Unregular Job Estabilishment Fee per Annum $720.00. And maximum Option cab be choose is up to 75% and 25% rest is minimum amount remind for Golden Brown Cleaning Services.

Purchase Regular Job: Contract Sale Fee 85% of total contract job per annum must be paid on advance and maximum option can choose is up to 100%. And Golden Brown Cleaning Services will NOT warranty to replace the contact if contract lost due to customer circumstances changed or lack of performance of cleaner (contractor).

Purchase Unregular Job: Only $25.00 Call Out Fee plus Estabilishment Fee per Annum $720.00 for Unregular Job.
