Kenny Escapes Terms and Conditions:
For Join A Tours i.e. where smaller groups of less than 10 pax are joining up with other guests: Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refunable and non-transferable.
For private charter tours i.e. more than 10 pax: Holding deposits of $50 per person are non-refundable up to 10 days prior to your tour date. Full tour amounts within the 10 days of your tour date are non-refundable.
If you would like to change the date of your booking after confirmation has been submitted, a $50 booking date transfer fee will be charged.
A $50 per person non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required as a holding deposit to secure your requested tour date for private charter tours of 10 guests or more.
The $50 per person deposit will be deducted from the final payment amount.
Payment in full is required 10 days prior to your tour date. - A Kenny Escapes Tour Coordinator will be in touch closer to your tour date to arrange final payment with you.
For individuals and smaller groups purchasing Join a Tour Tickets - payment must be made in full. Ticket are non-redunable and non-transferable.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Payments in full are required to be made 10 days prior to your tour date.
A booking where tour participants cancel or numbers decrease in the 10 days prior to the tour date will not be refunded.
Bookings, where tour participant numbers increase in the 10 days prior to the tour date, need to contact Kenny Escapes immediately to guarantee seating availability and arrange payment.
You will be liable for a $250 cleaning fee if due to your behaviour or actions you cause damage to the vehicle or venues.
All guests must be over 18 years of age, unless otherwise arranged with your tour coordinator prior to booking. Children are welcome on our tours with prior approval.
All tours have a minimum number requirement. It is the person booking this tour's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the minimum number of passengers required to book their chosen tour - detailed on the individual tour page.
Covid19 Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Do not attend a tour if you are feeling unwell
- It is preferred that you wear a mask when inside the vehicle.
- Please be truthful and honest about your health and any potential exposure risks and Covid-19 symptoms
- The contact details you provide on the form may be shared with the venues you visit on your winery tour for the purpose of contact tracing in the event of an outbreak
- Ensure a physical distance of 1.5m from driver is maintained at much as practicably possible
