This form allows you (coach/club official/spectator/player) to provide *constructive* feedback on the performance of our referees. Our aim is to help all our referees continuously improve and thus serve our clubs and association well. We appreciate you taking the time to fill in this form and your feedback will be passed on to the referee where appropriate.
However please be aware that this is NOT a mechanism for abusing referees, nor a place to complain about the outcome of a game, nor a place to ask questions or dispute decisions. Players, Officials and Spectators can get passionate about a game of Football (Soccer) but it is, after all is said and done, just a game - and we encourage everyone to keep a balanced perspective.
