2BRM Self contained furnished Terrace, includes lounge room (a/c) with Tv/dvd and separate dinning room, kitchen & house hold basics, Inc. linen and towels.  Updated kitchen and bathroom, Outside area has 2nd loo, shaded patio and laundry with washing machine. 

Secure rear yard for offstreet parking available and suitable for pets* Details of pets required prior to confirmation of Booking.

Trio of Terraces were built in the early 1900's and so with a Century of seasons and life within No46 she has her share of Quirks & Age lines... but its balanced by some updates and pure Quaint Charm!

Convenient to Condobolin's main street, Foodworks adjacent and walking distance to nearby Cafe's, Hotels & RSL Club. 

Be aware that throughfare truck traffic and occassional train shuntting may be heard until late some evenings and seasonally.

** If Intended Stay is for 1 Week+ further Price will be Quoted  typically if it's not a peak time Weekly rate is $450.00 for 4pax.

Payment will be by due date Upon Confirmation of Booking by Cash, Paypal or EFT Deposit.  +$150 security Pre-Paid & "Refundable" upon exit in same condition / state of entry, nothing amiss and keys returned.
