  • WET WEATHER CONTACT 2 - THE PERSON WHO SCF WILL ADVISE OF OPPOSITION CLUBS FIELD CLOSURES (MAY BE DIFFERENT TO ABOVE)

    This person will be contacted by SCF via SMS with advice of cancelled grounds on Saturdays / Sundays. This is the person in your club who can pass on information regarding ground closures to your club members quickly i.e. via email, text etc (The website will be updated ASAP after notification)


  • GROUNDS PERSON - THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF YOUR GROUNDS AND FIELDS


  • PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING TEAM SHEETS

    This is the person in your club who can scan and email ALL team sheets to the SCF office by no later than 8am MONDAY morning following Friday and Saturday / Sunday matches or 8am the following day for mid-week matches. This person MUST be contactable during business hours in the event of any queries by the SCF office.

  • CLUB CONTACT FOR CLUB DIRECTORY - This person will be added to a Club Contact Directory to be forwarded to all clubs. This person may be contacted by opposition clubs to advise late forfeits on the day.


  •  1.4 Technical Director / Director of Coaching (DOC)


    This person will liaise with Sunshine Coast Football regarding all Coach Development and Coach Education information. 


  • 1.5 Club Coach Coordinator (CCC)


    The primary purpose of the position is to provide relevant and valued coach support in the club environment and to monitor and mentor coaches to conduct appropriate quality football activities that will enhance the players and coaches experience.

  • 3.0 FFA NATIONAL CLUB DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM


    Clubs are required to participate in the National Club Development program to raise the overall standard of club administration and operations at all levels of the game. The Program aims to provide a clear model that helps develop and maintain a successful football club.

    Please advise below all dates that your grounds are unavailable in 2021 (including pre-season) i.e clashes with Summer sports change over, special events, fetes etc.  You should also be aware of days / nights used for wet weather re-schedules as below and confirm any time your grounds are unavailable.

  • Re-Scheduling of Matches

    Re-schedules due to wet weather will take place as follows:

    1.  Friday night matches to the following Tuesday night

    2.  Saturday Senior matches to the following Wednesday night

    3.  Saturday Junior matches - Under 15 / 16 Boys, Under 16 Girls & Under 18 Boys matches to mid week

    4.  Saturday Junior matches - Under 12 Boys & Girls, Under 13 Boys, Under 14 Girls & Under 14 Boys to Sunday week

    5.  U10/11s Kangaroos matches to Sunday week

    All competitive matches must be re-scheduled and played. In the first instance Under 10 Kangaroos and Under 11 Kangaroos will be re-scheduled and must be played, however if the match is required to be re-scheduled a second time clubs can apply for the match not to be played.

    Please upload images of Premier Men's / Premier Women's strips including socks. (This is a requirement for all Clubs fielding these teams.)

    NB: All strip changes must have prior approval of SCF Board.  All changes should be notified in writing and have accompanying photo prior to placing any orders.

    All shirts, Under 6 through to Seniors MUST display a visible McDonald's logo

  • 7.0 CLUB OPEN / INFORMATION DAYS


    Club Open Days and Information Days will be advertised on the Sunshine Coast Football website and Facebook page and other media outlets (to be confirmed). This is in place of traditional sign on dates and times due to the Play Football online registration system.

    The following details will be used during the advertising campaign with names and numbers published on the SCF website and Facebook page (and other media if required).  

    Please ensure the nominated people are aware their number will be published.
