Gross Earnings
NOTE: Clause 1.1 of the Licence Agreement provides that:
“Gross Earnings” means the Licensee’s gross revenue derived from all sources including but not limited to advertising or sponsorship (whether by way of sale of programs or Station time), grants, subsidies, subscriptions and donations without deduction of any kind except for:
- grants received for training directly relating to the operations of the radio service; and
- expenditure on capital projects specifically relating to the operations of the Licensee’s radio service.
