    Please fill out and submit the details required on this form to request assistance from Medtech Support to upgrade your practice to Medtech Evolution. This will enable us to effectively evaluate your practice’s readiness to install Medtech Evolution.

    The information collected in this form will assist us in evaluating your IT systems and what services your practice will require when moving to the Medtech Evolution product.

  • System Requirements for Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 – Due to the upgrade of the underlying development platform to support the latest system environment, please be aware that the Recommended Systems Requirements for Medtech Evolution is not the same as Medtech32.

    Please always refer to the latest System Requirement Specifications document for Medtech Evolution on the Medtech web site, and contact your IT System Administrator or IT Service Provider to ensure your system environment meets the Recommended System Requirements.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 contains fundamental changes and enhancements to the existing Group Invoice Module which might affect your existing workflow.  Please ensure All Relevant Staff read through the Medtech Evolution Release Notes thoroughly, including changes to the Company Register, Third Party Claims, New Group Invoice, Group Invoice Management, Group Invoice Reports, and associated Setup screens.

  • Please fill in the ECLIPSE Order Form on the Medtech web site to apply for an ECLIPSE License Key, and arrange a time with Medtech to install/configure ECLIPSE for Medtech Evolution.

  • Please fill in the SMS Order Form on the Medtech web site to apply for one SMS Practice Account per Medtech Customer ID, and arrange a time with Medtech to install/configure your SMS Practice Account for each Location.

  • Please contact Medtech to apply for one ManageMyHealth Practice Account per Medtech Customer ID, and arrange a time with Medtech to install/configure your ManageMyHealth Practice Account for each Location.

  • Step 1– Apply for ManageMyHealth Practice Account:
    Please contact Medtech to apply for one ManageMyHealth Practice Account per Medtech Customer ID, and arrange a time with Medtech to install/configure your ManageMyHealth Practice Account for each Location.

    Step 2 – Apply for HealthEngine Practice Account:
    Please contact HealthEngine to apply for one HealthEngine Practice Account per Medtech Customer ID, and arrange a time with HealthEngine to install/configure your HealthEngine Practice Account to work with ManageMyHealth for each Location.

  • Please contact Medtech to order the Kiosk Terminals, and arrange a time with Medtech to install/configure your Medtech Kiosk for each Location.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of CDA Bridge and thus the existing CDA Bridge version must be uninstalled and the new CDA Bridge version must be installed from the Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 DVD. The existing Scheduled Task for Medtech32 must be reconfigured to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of Message Transfer Utility and thus the existing Scheduled Task for Medtech32 must be reconfigured to work with Medtech Evolution.

    Please contact each SMD Vendor to check if you are running on the latest SMD System version, and arrange a time with each SMD Vendor to install/configure the latest SMD System version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 uses the same eRx version as Medtech32 – no changes are required.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of MediSecure. Please contact MediSecure to obtain a unique Site ID for each Location, and arrange a time with MediSecure to uninstall the existing MediSecure version and install/configure the new MediSecure version on the Medtech Application Server.

    Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 also supports MediSecure’s new DrShop feature for Drug Abuse Prevention. Please contact MediSecure to enable/configure DrShop for each Location.

  • NeHTA regulations no longer support the usage of both ETP Systems. Please choose one of the two ETP Systems to be used with Evolution.

    For eRx: Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 uses the same eRx version as Medtech32 – no changes are required.

    For MediSecure: Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of MediSecure. Please contact MediSecure to obtain a unique Site ID for each Location, and arrange a time with MediSecure to uninstall the existing MediSecure version and install/configure the new MediSecure version on the Medtech Application Server.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of MT2PenCAT Data Extraction Tool and thus the existing Data Extraction Tool must be uninstalled and the new Data Extraction Tool must be installed from the Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 DVD.

    Please contact Pen to check if you are running on the latest Pen CAT Application version, and arrange a time with Pen to install/configure the latest Pen CAT Application version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • For Canning Tool: Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 uses the same Canning Tool version as Medtech32 – no changes are required.

    For Pen CAT: Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of MT2PenCAT Data Extraction Tool and thus the existing Data Extraction Tool must be uninstalled and the new Data Extraction Tool must be installed from the Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 DVD.

    Please contact Pen to check if you are running on the latest Pen CAT Application version, and arrange a time with Pen to install/configure the latest Pen CAT Application version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Please contact your Medical Device Supplier to check if you are running on the latest PC-ECG version, and arrange a time with your Medical Device Supplier to install/configure the latest PC-ECG version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Please contact your Medical Device Supplier to check if you are running on the latest EasyWare version, and arrange a time with your Medical Device Supplier to install/configure the latest EasyWare version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • For Norav ECG 1200: Please contact your Medical Device Supplier to check if you are running on the latest PC-ECG version, and arrange a time with your Medical Device Supplier to install/configure the latest PC-ECG version to work with Medtech Evolution.

    For EasyOne Spirometer: Please contact your Medical Device Supplier to check if you are running on the latest EasyWare version, and arrange a time with your Medical Device Supplier to install/configure the latest EasyWare version to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 supports Acrobat PDF format for Direct Scan and Load from File/Folder to reduce the file size of Newly Scanned/Imported Documents and thus reduce the overall database growth. Please contact your IT System Administrator or IT Service Provider to configure/test the quality of Scanned/Imported Documents in Acrobat PDF format.

  • Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 supports Acrobat PDF format for Direct Scan and Load from File/Folder to reduce the file size of Newly Scanned/Imported Documents and thus reduce the overall database growth. Please contact your IT System Administrator or IT Service Provider to configure/test the quality of Scanned/Imported Documents in Acrobat PDF format.

    Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of Scanning Utility and thus the existing Scheduled Task for Medtech32 must be reconfigured to work with Medtech Evolution. Please contact your IT System Administrator or IT Service Provider to install/configure All your Scanners to support Acrobat PDF format.

  • FaxTech is a based on very old technology and may not work properly on newer operating systems that are supported by Medtech Evolution. It is recommended to upgrade from FaxTech to Medtech Fax Service – which is integrated with Windows Fax Service.

  • Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of Medtech Fax Service and thus the existing Medtech Fax Service version must be uninstalled and the new Medtech Fax Service version must be installed from the Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 DVD.

  • Due to the upgrade of the underlying development platform and the introduction of Windows User Account Control (UAC) Security Compliance, the location of Medtech Evolution Application Directory, Program Data Directory/Files, User Data Directory/Files, and Windows Registry Keys are different from Medtech32; similarly the location of Interbase XE3 Application Directory and Registry Keys are also different from previous versions of Interbase. All customised reports/tools/utilities must be carefully tested with Medtech Evolution and Interbase XE3 to identify if any reconfigurations or redevelopment might be required.

    Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of Interbase ODBC Driver and thus the existing Interbase ODBC Driver version must be uninstalled and the new Interbase ODBC Driver version must be installed from the Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1 DVD. All customised reports/tools/utilities that currently use the previous versions of Interbase ODBC driver to connect to the Medtech32 databases must now use the new Interbase ODBC Driver to connect to the Medtech Evolution databases.

  • Evolution Version 10.0.1 requires a new version of NPS RADAR Utility, and thus the existing 2 Scheduled Tasks for Medtech32 must be reconfigured to work with Medtech Evolution.

  • Third Party Database Updates – Medtech Evolution V10.0.1 requires a new version of All Third Party Database Updates, including ACIR, MBS, RMFS, ICPC-2 PLUS, and MIMS.

    Please ensure you download/install the Medtech Evolution version of All Future Third Party Database Updates from the Medtech web site or MIMS FTP site, and do not run the Medtech32 version of these updates on Medtech Evolution.

  • Please ensure your practice is running on Rx Medical Version 6.13 or above to use Rx Medical Clinical Link with Medtech Evolution Version 10.0.1.
