    3. Click on the ‘Address Label’ and print the label
    4. Make sure all Petrol/Oil is drained from the item if necessary.
    5. Put the completed Return Form in the box with the item being returned
    6. Attach the printed Address Label to the box

  • Warranty Terms and Conditions
    We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase. The use of products for commercial purposes has limited warranties. Check the website for more information.
    Returns

    Prior to returning the item, we recommend you review the following points as the warranty will not be honoured in these cases:

    • Failure to follow instructions clearly outlined in the manual
    • Failure to follow instructions provided via email.
    • Failure to adequately maintain the equipment
    • Neglect, misuse, or abuse
    • Modifying, altering or tampering with the unit other than for routine servicing
    • Failure to package the unit adequately to prevent damage in transit

    In the above instances, the sender will be charged a service fee and freight charges for both directions. Where money is owed for repairs and/or freight, we are entitled to hold onto the item until payment is made.

    Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we offer may vary.

    The outcome of the inspection to take no longer than 8 business days from the date the item is received by our service department.
