LODGE A WARRANTY CLAIM
*A refund or replacement / parts will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed or damaged during installation. In this instance the Cost of replacement Parts will be the responsibilty of the customer.
*You are required to notify us within 3 working days in the event that the item arrives damaged. (Transit Damage)
*12 Month Warranty Period from date of delivery for General Domestic use. A Limited warranty period may apply on items uses for non domestic / commercial use. Refer to the warranty period indicated on the product details page.
