Images must be saved as a JPEG with a maximum of 1620 pixels on the horizontal side and 1080 pixels on the vertical side. 

Naming: There are 4 elements: 

             1. Category:  SS - Set Subject    or   OP - Open

             2. Grade:  N - Novice,    J - Junior,    B - Grade,   A - A grade

             3. Your Membership number:

             4. Image Title:

Separate only Membership number and image title with a space: 

Example :  OPN 041 The wise old man.

OP(Open)N(Novice) 041 (Membership Number) The wise old man (Image title)

 Example:  SSA 041 Get it right

SS(Set Subject)A(A grade) 041 (Membership Number) Get it right (Image title) 

 HAVE YOU RE-SIZED AND NAMED YOUR IMAGES CORRECTLY?   

1620 pixels HORIZONTAL (max)  1080 pixels VERTICAL max
