1.Information on how to claim the Morphy Richards Pack form part of these terms & conditions of offer. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions. 2. The Promoter is Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd, Unit 1, 21 Lionel Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149. (ABN 69 118 275 460) 3. Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Masport and Osburn Dealers/Re-sellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible. 4. To be eligible, consumers must purchase a Masport or Osburn Woodheater (excluding WESTCOTT1000, WESTCOTT2000, WESTCOTT3000, KLONDIKE and PITTSBURGH) to receive a Morphy Richards Pack valued at over $500, between the 1st June 2016 to 30th June 2016 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted. 5. In order to make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at www.masportheating.com.au or complete this redemption form in full and submit to Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd, Unit 1, 21 Lionel Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 along with a copy of proof of purchase/tax invoice showing full payment. Failure to complete this form in full – including the product serial number – or to provide an original proof of purchase will lead to a rejection of the claim. 6. Subject to the validity of the claim, claimants who purchase a Masport or Osburn Woodheater (excluding WESTCOTT1000, WESTCOTT2000, WESTCOTT3000, KLONDIKE and PITTSBURGH) will receive a Morphy Richards Pack valued at over $500. This amount is inclusive of GST. 7. All redemption claims must be received no later than the 31st July 2016. The Promoter will not accept any claims after this date. 8. The Morphy Richards Pack valued at over $500 will be issued by Glen Dimplex Australia within 60 working days of the fully completed redemption claim being received and validated. 9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at this stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. The claimant agrees that if they have obtained an Morphy Richards Pack, they will pay back the Promoter the value of the redemption if they subsequently return the product to the place of purchase and seek a refund under any returns policy that the relevant re-seller may have. 10. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected mail. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. 11. Claimants must retain a copy of their proof or purchase/tax invoice for their claim. Failure to produce the proof of purchase/tax invoice for the claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the claimants claim and the forfeit of the any right to the Morphy Richards Pack valued at over $500. The proof of purchase/tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number, purchase date, items purchased, prices paid and the claimant’s details (full name and address, telephone number). 12. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct mailing address in order to receive their Morphy Richards Pack. 13. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services including cash. 14. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 15. The promotion is not applicable to purchases of display models, graded seconds or factory reconditioned products. 16. This promotion is for retail customers only and there are no Morphy Richards Packs available for government, national accounts, contracts or not for profit organisations (unless the not for profit organisation is buying at retail pricing). 17. The bonus product may vary based on their availability. The promoter reserves the right to remove bonus products or substitute suitable bonus products during the promotion where bonus products become unavailable. Any substitute bonus products shall have a value of no less than that of the advertised bonus.
