Event Description and Rules
Team Oni Racing Club's Extreme Sports Showdown is a six category amateur extreme sports competition for residence of Bermuda. Atheletes can register to compete in individule time trials, battles or races to determind who's the best in Bermuda, or to show-off their talents. 3 competitions will take place on water and 3 on street. Participants can enter 1 or as many categories as the like for a chance to win large trophies and great prizes. The disciplines and rules are:
Attitude Adjustment Wakeboarding Championship
Competitors will have 3 laps around 2 pylons set 85 meters apart, 100 yards off shore to perform as many tricks as they can. Wakeboard and life vest can be provided, but participants must supply their own helmet.
Judging will be on style, difficulty, balance and speed. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies will be awarded.
Must be 16 years or older to participate
Auto Solution Kayak Racing Grand Prix
Participants will race 4 at a time, 1 laps around a four corner course. Heats will eliminate racers until we reach the final four. A 2 lap race will determine the winner. Any style of kayak can enter, equipment can be provided if required, but racers must supply their own helmet and life vest.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place of the championship race.
Must be 16 years or older to participate
TORC Freestyle Jet Skiing Competition
Competitors have up to 3 minutes, one at a time in a restricted area to perform their best tricks for the crowd and panel of judges. Any type of jet ski is welcome to enter and there is no horsepower restriction. Participants must provide their own legally registered jet ski, a life vest and crash helmet, but equipment can be rented from our sponsor if needed
Please note, this is not a speed competition. Judging will be based on style, difficulty, execution and crowd response. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies will be awarded
Must be 18 years or older to participate
Mountain Dew Skateboard Park Championship
Skaters will have up to 3 minutes to show their skills and creativity as they navigate around an obstacle course filled with Quarter Pipes, Kickers, Copings and Grind Boxes. Participants must supply their own skateboard, gloves, crash helmet, knee and elbow pads.
Judging will be based on style, creativity, execution, balance, degree of difficulty. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies will be awarded
Open to all ages
BELCO High Energy Tumbling / Street Acrobatics Competition
This is an elimination battle, each competitors alternating one at a time. After two (2) rounds of squaring off, five (5) will go through to the finals.
Judging will be on skill, difficulty, endurance, execution and crowd response. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive trophies

Lindo's Ultimate Athletic Challenge
This is a one vs one time trial elimination race. The contestant with the fastest time wins! To complete the course you'll have to pull a truck, then flip a tire, swing through monkey bars, run across tires and climb a rope. 1st to grab the flag at the top stops the clock! The wining heat time will be posted from fastest to slowest.
1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies will be awarded to the competitors with the top 3 fastest time
Must be 18 years or older to enter
