To affiliate to GSA, newly-established groups need all the above documents and details to finalise affiliation. Submiting an application without all the required documents and details will require follow up submission using the Contact and Account Details Form.

If you do not have any or all key group contact details or bank account details you can update these later using the Contact and Account Details Form. But providing these details is a condition of finalising affiliation.
