These terms and conditions must be accepted prior to any PD Workshops being booked and confirmed:

Invoice Terms - Payments must be received by the payment due date as indicated on the invoice.

Any invoice more than
7 days overdue
from due date of invoice will incur
4% interest
charged to the full amount outstanding.

PD workshops require a minimum number of attendees at each
in-house session
or the minimum fee will be charged irrespective of the number of attendees.

KARBEN Training Solutions’ support office must be notified immediately of any cancellations.
(please refer to Refund Policy below for further details)

Fees may be increased from year to year.
Fees are correct at time of release.

An
upfront booking fee must be paid in full before any workshop can be confirmed
.
This fee is a down payment and will go towards the overall cost for the PD workshop.
Non-payment of the booking fee prior to the workshop will result in the training session being cancelled.

Any
additional attendees
that arrive on the day that go above the max group booking size quoted will be charged out at the applicable per person fee as per the Fee Schedule overleaf. Price reductions cannot be made for previously confirmed and paid numbers. These additional fees must be paid before any of the session’s certifications or statements of attainment / attendance can be released.

Final numbers, completed enrolment forms (
if applicable
) including USI numbers must be received no later than 5 business days before the scheduled workshop date.

Invoicing will occur as follows:

Invoice 1: Allocated prior to workshop date – Booking Fee only

Invoice 2: A final invoice will be issued post the session outlining the applicable charges for the workshop. The booking fee will be deducted from this final invoice. These fees are calculated in accordance with actual attendance numbers (or minimal fees as per #7). Please see invoice for payment options.

No certificates or statements of attainment / attendance will be issued on the day.

No payment can be collected on the day by the facilitator. Once the invoice has been paid in full, certificates or statements of attainment / attendance will be sent via mail to the nominated contact and postal address.

Access to the venue to allow for 45 minutes set up and set down time must be provided for the facilitator. Should sessions go over the scheduled time for reasons such as (
but not limited to
) the late arrivals of participants, late access to the venue or where information relating to the additional needs of learners has not be provided for the facilitator, an additional fee of $100 per hour will be charged. It is the responsibility of the booking representative to ensure that they check and agree to the nominated start and finish times inclusive of set up and down activities.

If organisational specific customisation of workshops is required, all support materials must be submitted to KARBEN Training Solutions no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled workshop date.
Additional fees may apply – please confirm these fees with our office prior to booking.
By signing the overleaf fee schedule, the nominated signatory is accepting these terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY:

If a cancellation of a workshop occurs
within 48 hours from the scheduled date and time
of the PD Workshop
the upfront booking fee will not be refunded
.

Cancellations with more than 2 working days’ notice will be provided with the opportunity for the PD workshop to be re-scheduled within 60 days of the initial scheduled workshop date without incurring another up front booking fee.

Working days are considered Monday to Saturday inclusive. No Sunday bookings are available.
PD Workshop fees include the following; handout materials, facilitation of session, administration, record keeping, student feedback and issuance of a Certificate / Statement of Attainment or Attendance (where applicable)
