CERES Venue Hire and Events Team oversees the use of all CERES venues and event equipment. They are also responsible for delivering community engagement outcomes through use of the venues, that are aligned with CERES' Strategic Direction.
This form will be used as the basis for an event application by CERES staff to hold an event at CERES, and is the first step in the formal application process.
Upon receipt of the application, CERES Events Team will consider your request and decide whether we can support the event in terms of dates, venues, site impacts, staffing and marketing.
We priortise events that:
Bring new / under-represented people to CERES
Do not conflict with other site activities
Are closely aligned with our strategic aims
Have a high level of self-sufficiency
Have financial support
If the team is unable to support your event, you may need to consider altering aspects of it to ensure it can go ahead.
