TRAXX™ FRAME TRAINING MODULE
All staff who will be installing Traxx™ frame are required to complete this training module.
Installer accreditation will be issued only to the indiviual completing this questionnaire, not the company.
Accreditation is not transferrable between individuals. Any new/untrained installers must complete this module before attempting any Traxx™ frame installation work.
Your Fleet Media (YFM) reserves the right to insist that work performed by unaccredited persons be checked and redone if necessary.
YFM shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind that arises as a result of installation by an unaccredited installer, or from the use of unapproved adhesives and/or processes.
