Fees: The total cost for the walk is $250 per person (two hundred and fifty dollars) A $100.00 (one hundred dollars) deposit is required with this application.
Payment of Fees: Deposit and/or Fees may be paid by Direct Deposit / Internet Banking to the following account.

Min. Numbers: For the walk to go ahead, we require minimum numbers and these must be achieved and the event site notified 9 weeks prior to the walk. If this is not achieved, then the walk may be rescheduled and all applicants notified. If minimum numbers are achieved, then applications will be received until closing date of the walk. Closing date: 14 days prior to the commencement of each walk. Applications and payment of fees must be received by the closing date to ensure your place on the walk.
Withdrawal: If a pilgrim withdraws from the walk, notification must be received in writing (email) no later than the closing date for that walk. The pilgrim’s application and fees paid will be held over to the following walk.
Refunds: Refunds will not be given for change of mind. However if extenuating circumstances have prevented the pilgrim from attending, then a request for refund may be made to the Registrar in writing, providing that their withdrawal has not altered the minimum numbers required.
