    OPERATIONS

    Rue Gilt Groupe's Drop Ship Team will reach out to this contact to customize the means by which orders are provided and to provide an opportunity to discuss any unique circumstances or requirements. We will also confirm service type (FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and/or any unique requirements surrounding oversized merchandise) based on product criteria. Rue Gilt Groupe will contact this person 7-10 days pre-event.

     
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Customer Service is provided by Rue Gilt Groupe and our Call Center. We require that each vendor supply a contact to be used by our corporate team and our call center to resolve CS concerns. Inquiries will come from the Rue Gilt Groupe corporate team and also from our call center.

  • In order to expedite the Drop Ship process, please provide us with the additional information below. We will use your responses to help generate our standard Drop Ship agreement. Your Buyer will provide your agreement for review and signature.

  • 14. Please provide your preference by which to receive orders and packing slips. (Specific details will be explained during the operations call)*
  • 16. You understand that the origin of assembly and all raw materials for made to order merchandise will exist in the United States prior to the beginning of the event.*
