  • Hi! Will you help us understand more about some of the unsafe experiences that kids like you can have online?

    Online grooming happens when adults communicate with young people under 18 years because they want to start a sexual relationship. Online grooming is sexual abuse, and can begin in many ways. Sometimes an adult might make friends with a young person, because they have a sexual interest. They might start talking about sex, or other private issues. Or they might show photos or ask for photos, involving sexual material.

    An adult can use online grooming to meet the young person in real life. But even if they only meet online, the relationship might still involve sexual abuse.

    Online grooming is a major issue, in Cambodia and around the world. What you tell us is really important and will help us build better tools to keep young people safe online.

    We will be asking you eleven questions. It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
