Minimum purchase order is $200 (dependent on your location, ie: AUD, NZD, USD,GBP, EURO) wholesale price) + Shipping.*

1. Ownership of all goods remian the property of BESPOKE2 (See Design Australia Pty Ltd), until payment has been received in full. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

2. Orders are final and may not be cancelled or returned.

3. All prices quoted inc GST and exclude shipping.

4. Amy claims in respect to faulty goods, damaged goods, deficient packaging, or delivery shortfalls must be made in writing to BESPOKE2 within 7 days of receipt of goods and will be subject to Bespoke2s’ inspection and discretion. If delivered by courier, you are required to count the number of boxes delivered before signing off with a delivery person as BESPOKE2 will not be liable for any shortfall of the number of boxes delivered if you signed off incorrectly.

5. Returned goods will not be accepted without an approval from BESPOKE2.

6. Delivery dates are estimates only and reasonable delays are not grounds for cancellation of orders unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment terms and prices are 7 days from invoice. Items will not be shipped until payments have been authorised and processed.
