STRATA FORM B REQUEST
The Strata Property Act requires the following copies must be attached to the "Form B": Strata Corporation Rules, Current Budget, Rental Disclosure Statement (if any) and most recent Depreciation Report (if any). (Photo copying charges will apply).

The Strata Act - Section 59(4) requires that the following documents be provided with every Form B request:

1. The Rules/Bylaws of the Strata Corporation

2. The Current Budgest of the Strata Corporation

3. The owner developer's Rental Disclosure Statement

4. The most recent Depreciation Report.

(These documents will also incur a $0.25 per page + tax charge).
There is a flat fee of $35.00 for a Form B Request. **Please note the following "Expediting Fees" are additional fees. **
