  • Please fill out this form if you are requesting assistance with an animal. We encourage you to give as much detail as possible.

    Please note that ARF currently utilizes foster homes for most of our rescues and therefore we generally require several days to find placement for an animal. All our intakes are based on the availability of our resources. Completing this form does not guarantee ARF will be able to accept this animal, although we work to help as many animals as possible!

    All animals will have to pass a behavioral screening to be accepted into our program. ARF does not have the space or resources to work on major behavioral issues.
