  • WEBINAR: COLLEGE-CAREER PATHWAYS 101
    Thursday, October 24 - 3pm EST"

NC3T’s mission is to see ""Every teen with a dream and plan, and every community with a capable, ready workforce," and it sees college-career pathways as the means of achieving both goals. But what, exactly, are college-career pathways? How do they help improve outcomes for students and communities, and where have they worked so far? And why does the pathways movement continue to grow despite any push from policymakers?

In this webinar, the first in a series, NC3T President and former US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Education Hans Meeder will provide a “big-picture" look at the pathways system framework, as well as the planning model to help community leadership teams organize the work and build a shared vision for the future of Pathways in their community. He will be joined by Bruce Levine, Assistant Clinical Professor at the Drexel University School of Education and director of its Educational Policy program, who will moderate the webinar and discuss the relationship between career pathway programs and the ongoing efforts to enhance the competitiveness of the US economy and its workforce.
