Communications request form
Thank you for using this form to submit requests for publicity of parish events and programs. This process enables us to decrease our margin of error and maintain consistency. The communications department strives to collaborate with ministries and departments while balancing the overall parish messaging and promotion needs across a variety of platforms.

The communications department will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please do not submit information for a date that is not listed. If your event is after the dates provided, please contact the Communications department at

EARLY BULLETIN DEADLINES: Due to Easter, we have two early bulletin print deadlines this coming month, which means adjusted submission deadlines:
- April 13 Bulletin – Regular submission deadline applies. Prayer intentions from Pastoral Care are due by Monday, April 7.
- April 20 Bulletin – Submissions are due by end of day Monday, April 7. Prayer intentions from Pastoral Care are due by Thursday, April 11.
  Thank you for your cooperation in meeting these deadlines. Your support is greatly appreciated!
The deadline for the weekly bulletin is typically 11 DAYS prior to the bulletin publication date, usually Wednesday at 5:00pm (unless there is an early deadline).

Please limit submissions to 50 words or less. Bulletin items typically run for two weeks.

If you are requesting placement in the weekly bulletin outside of normal bulletin guidelines (i.e. more than two weeks out from your event), please let us know what you'd like us to include and how. We'll be sure to do our best to include your request.
