Welcome to Avantra.

You are allowed to park your car on the visitor's carpark spot for 8 hours. You must remove your car after 8 hours.

Residents cannot book the visitor's parking spaces for themselves under any circumstances. They are provided for genuine visitors to Avantra only as per the bylaws.

Please contact the concierge on 0481 170 522 for them to release the bollard.

The personal information will be used solely by us for that primary purpose or directly related purposes. We may disclose this information to Service NSW and NSW Police. If this information is not collected, we will be unable to process your booking. The applicant understands that the personal information provided is for the assessment of the booking and that he or she may apply to us for access to and/or amendment of the information. Requests for access and /or amendment should be made to Building Management.
