Payment / Cancellation Policy
An invoice will be sent to your organisation for payment shortly. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a representative in your place. Should you need to cancel, please contact the UDIA at events@udiasa.com.au to discuss refund and credit options.
Please note that all requests for a refund or credit need to be received no later than 9am Friday 19th February 2021.

Covid-19 Restrictions
If Covid-19 restrictions change and holding this event is no longer possible, refunds will be given to all ticket purchases.
