In the instance where the Office of Children's Guardian initiates an audit on a club's WWCC procedures, they will ask for a copy of the spreadsheet that identifies Child Related roles/positions within the club. Each position will have a person allocated to the role with the spreadsheet also being used to record WWCC numbers and expiry dates OR an indication that the adult has claimed an exemption and completed a Member Protection Declaration.
Click ''previous' to return to the main form and change answer to YES if you have participants under the age of 18 and need to complete the WWCC declaration to obtain your Certificate of Currency.
Only click next (to proceed to the declaration) if you are a football club that is not required to comply with the NSW WWCC legislation. This will include football clubs that only enter teams in senior competitions and do not have players under the age of 18.
This is a legislated requirement of the NSW Office of Children's Guardian. No certificate of currency will be issued until the club is compliant with legislation. If assistance is required please contact Phillip Andrews at NNSWF pandrews@northernnswfootball.com.au.
