• HPF | Food Vendor Application 2021

    Welcome to the Hyde Park Fair 2021 food vendor application form. To complete your application, please answer all questions and enter your payment details, payment will be processed on submission.
  • It's that time again! We look forward to receiving your application, here are a few important notes about filling out this form;

    • Applications that aren't completed in full will not be processed, this is a very competitive event resulting in a high volume of applications and are unable to follow up missing information.
    • Pictures of your stall set up are very helpful, we aim to provide a visually stunning event to the public with lots of variation
    • You must list all items that you will be selling, if you are found to be selling items not listed on the day, you may be asked to put them away or cease trading entirely to ensure every stallholder has a fair chance to sell their wares without a saturated market.

    • All food vendors must follow the current COVID19 food guidelines supplied by the Government of Western Australia - Department of Health.
    • All food vendors must supply hand sanitizer available for patrons to use.

  • Publicity & Marketing

     

    We may chose to post information about your business to our Social Media to promote your stall. Please provide your social media profiles so we can tag you.

     

    Markting & Promotional Packs

    In 2018 & 19 we had a high volume of requests to purchase additional exposure for their business. In response to this we have marketing and promotional packs available to ensure exposure for your stall.

    The Hyde Park Community Fair offers a range of market stall types and sizes to suit your needs.

    Please refer to the site map for further information regarding locations, this has been altered since the 2020 fair so please ensure the site number you request is current. Stall placements and locations are approximate, this map is not to scale.

  • POWER

    Note: It is a legal (Worksafe) requirement that all electrical appliances be safety tagged by an electrician every 3 months. Power will not be supplied to electrical equipment e.g. extension cords, adaptors or appliances etc., which have not been appropriately tagged. Any tagging required at the event will be charged at $50 per lead. Refunds for power will not be provided for incorrectly tagged electrical equipment.
