Applications that aren't completed in full will not be processed, this is a very competitive event resulting in a high volume of applications and are unable to follow up missing information.
Pictures of your stall set up are very helpful, we aim to provide a visually stunning event to the public with lots of variation
You must list all items that you will be selling, if you are found to be selling items not listed on the day, you may be asked to put them away or cease trading entirely to ensure every stallholder has a fair chance to sell their wares without a saturated market.

All food vendors must follow the current COVID19 food guidelines supplied by the Government of Western Australia - Department of Health.
All food vendors must supply hand sanitizer available for patrons to use.
